Testing and Inspection

 

In order to answer different from its customers, STS has developed different testing programs, from a basic sampling inspection to the most advanced testing program including independent tests, production control and approval of the manufacturers.

 

Our programs
 

Program 1: STS BASIC

Designed for cost savings, STS BASIC, also called pre shipment inspection, is a program based on fast evaluation of the products before shipment from the factory.

- STS performs an onsite sampling inspection of the goods before shipment to the customer. The inspector will evaluate compliance of the product with its specification through visual inspection and functional test once the production is completed.

- A series of 7 different tests is performed to assess the quality level of the products.

- The inspector will also control the loading of the container and issue a report.

 

 

Program 2: STS ESSENTIAL

To get covered on 100% of the products purchased, STS performs an independent quality control in its facilities.

- 100% of the products are subject to a series of 3 categories of tests (more than 10 different tests are performed) covering performance, cells quality and workmanship.
- Tests are performed independently from manufacturers’ equipment on AAA class equipment which guarantees objective and impartial tests results.
- A mark is affixed on each panel successfully tested to provide the guarantee to the buyer that the goods have reach the required quality level.
- The tests results are compared to manufacturer’s test results to identify possible deviation.
- After successful testing, the goods are loaded in the container by STS and STS issues a report.

 

 

Program 3: STS ADVANCED

To go beyond and in order to complete tests performed in its facilities, STS will monitor manufacturer’s production before testing 100% of the products.

- STS performs on site inspection of the processes during the production of the purchased goods.
- STS evaluate compliance of the product with its specification through a control of the components and material used during the production
- 100% of the products are subject to a series of 3 categories of tests (more than 10 different tests are performed) covering performance, cells quality and workmanship.
- Tests are performed independently from manufacturers’ equipment on AAA class equipment which guarantees objective and impartial tests results.
- A mark is affixed on each panel successfully tested to provide the guarantee to the buyer that the goods have reach the required quality level.
- The tests results are compared to manufacturer’s test results to identify possible deviation.
- After successful testing, the goods are loaded in the container by STS and STS issues a report.

 

 

Program 4: STS SERENITY

This is the total guarantee for the quality of your products; you purchase the product from a manufacturer whose processes and management system have been duly approved by STS.

- Furthermore, STS will apply the advanced testing program on 100% of the products so that you can be serene on your purchase.
